Justin is currently the Managing Director of Lumos Hill+Knowlton Strategies, as a result of the recent integration exercise between Justin’s own agency LUMOS PR and Hill+Knowlton Strategies in Malaysia.
Before the integration exercise, Justin had led a team of 12 consultants under LUMOS PR where he provided strategic communications services and senior counsel on crisis and issues to a multitude of clients including McDonald’s and HEINEKEN.
Before venturing out to establish LUMOS PR about two years ago, Justin was the Managing Director of Hill+Knowlton Strategies. During his previous tenure at Hill+Knowlton Strategies, he provided senior counsel to C-level executives from diverse sectors including oil and gas, technology and financial services. Prior to that, Justin headed the Technology Practice at a local boutique agency where he led a team servicing clients such as Dell, Intel, Microsoft, Hitachi Data Systems, and Alcatel Lucent.
Justin’s core skills are in the areas of crisis & issues management, training (spokesperson training and crisis comms simulation), corporate communications and technology.
In his previous life, Justin was a hard-nosed technology journalist/editor with Computerworld Malaysia for over 8 years and as founding editor of PC.com for two years. He holds a BA in Humanities (majoring in Philosophy) from La Trobe University, Australia.

Vicky has over 14 years of integrated communications experience, coming from a combination of deep agency experience of nine years, with two global consultancies and another five years driving in-house marketing communications.
In her time on the agency side, Vicky has built up a powerhouse of experience from a multitude of industries in Corporate, Technology, Oil & Gas, Healthcare and Consumer space – providing senior counsel, driving stakeholder management programmes, and led media and crisis training programmes for clients such as CIMB Malaysia, CIMB Niaga, Schneider Electric, and others.
Her portfolio of clients include Country Garden, ORANGEBEAM, Tencent, Mubadala Petroleum, Schneider Electric, Chevron, Cyberview, Infineon Technologies, Adobe Systems and Symantec. She also helped designed educational programmes in healthcare for Sanofi-Aventis and Boehringer Ingelheim.
Each of these clients posed a very different challenge within the property, consumer, technology, and corporate space – from stakeholder engagement to driving soft news around new product variants or new programmes to complex issues related to the snack food industry and crisis management.

He specialises in consumer PR, media relations, and social influencer management. He has worked in the e-commerce, education, fashion, food & beverage, retail, and oil & gas industries for the last seven years.
