Christine started her journey in the world of advertising and communication in the year 2000 with FCB upon graduating from Monash University with a BA of Arts degree in Communication and Sociology.
Since then, she has worked in FCB, OZ Entertainment, Y&R, Leo Burnett, Edelman Malaysia and Star Media Group (as Group Marketing Officer). She had also in 2016 taken up the role as General Manager to setup and build Havas Media Kuala Lumpur. After 21 years, Christine has gained an in-depth and wide spectrum of experience in marketing, branding, advertising, creative, media, events, digital and PR working on GLCs and industries such as FMCG, Electronics, Finance, Broadcast & Entertainment, QSR, Hospitality and Retail. She was last appointed as the Managing Director of a boutique brand consultancy firm named Engage SEA.
Regardless of industry and the Digital era today, Christine believes that the success of any brand and communication strategy remains at the heart of knowing who our customers are and what is it that moves their hearts. Only with a good understanding of our customers, are we able to create meaningful and successful brands. In order to do that, one has to possess immense curiosity.
